Abstract
Abstract: Background and purpose: In the process of developing new drugs, pharmacokinetics plays an important role in both preclinical studies and clinical studies of drugs. It is not only the basis for determining the dose and interval of drug administration, but also  It is also the basis for testing whether the drug can reach a safe and effective concentration at its site of action. For blood drug concentration data collection, traditional methods such as blood collection, dissection, and centrifugation are still used to extract blood drug concentration. The data obtained has time differences, individual differences between animals, etc.,in order to solve the shortcomings of current traditional methods.  To improve the passing rate of clinical drugs, the principle of laser-induced fluorescence is used to collect fluorescence from different tissues through optical fibers, and multiple fluorescence-based collection and monitoring channels are designed to monitor blood drug concentration in different tissues of living animals. Materials and methods:The laser of the multi-wavelength laser coupling system provides a variety of excitation lights for the fluorescent dyes of the drug. The six optical fiber probe sets are designed to meet the needs of simultaneous monitoring of multiple tissues and organs in small animals, and a high-sensitivity fluorescence spectrometer Perform testing. Result and discution:The hardware and software of the system are completed, and the drug is tested. The metabolism of FITC luciferin in vivo can be monitored and collected in real time. Conclusion:This system realizes the monitoring of the blood drug concentration of small animals in vivo, and can be used for in vivo monitoring and metabolic analysis of drugs.
